Recipe: (makes 2 large waffles)
Blend all this in the blender!
1 cup oats
1 cup almond milk
2-3 pitted medjool dates
1 T ground flaxmeal
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 whole banana
Poor batter into pre-heated Belgian-style waffle maker....cook for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown and solid. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
